1. Who may use Joyo
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information where required and comply with applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person, use someone else’s account without permission, sell access to accounts, evade a restriction, or create accounts for fraud or abuse. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Permission to use the service
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use Joyo as intended, subject to these terms. Our names, artwork, software, and other protected materials remain ours or our licensors’. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize copying or commercially exploiting the service.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content you contribute. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You grant us permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and deliver that content as needed to provide, secure, and moderate the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy and your sharing choices.
You are responsible for the content you send. Other users may save or share content they receive. We cannot guarantee that recipients will delete their copies when you delete an account or message.
5. Community rules
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against, or exploit other people.
- Do not share illegal content, sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content, or content that sexualizes children.
- Do not scam users, solicit passwords or sign-in codes, impersonate others, send spam, or manipulate accounts and transactions.
- Do not infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not bypass moderation, account restrictions, purchase protections, or other security controls.
6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Use available in-app report and block actions or contact support to report harmful conduct. Include enough information to locate the issue without redistributing illegal material. We may investigate, restrict content or features, suspend accounts, or terminate access for breaches of these terms, safety concerns, or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.
7. Purchases and virtual items
Some app versions may offer virtual credits, gifts, or paid messaging features. Available items and prices are shown in the app. App-store purchases are governed by the relevant store’s payment and refund rules. Virtual items are digital service benefits, not bank deposits or currency, and do not carry a cash-redemption right unless a separately offered feature expressly provides one.
Spend only amounts you intend to authorize. Availability of an item or credit balance does not guarantee permanent access to a feature. Changes, failed transactions, refunds, and account restrictions are handled under the applicable store rules, these terms, and applicable law. Nothing here removes a statutory refund right or a remedy required by law.
8. Third-party services
App stores, sign-in providers, and other third-party services have their own terms. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any associated charges. Feature availability may vary by platform, region, eligibility, or app version.
9. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You may request account deletion through Settings in the app or the process on our Data Deletion page. Deletion disables access and revokes sessions; retained archives and associated records are addressed through the erasure-request process described there.
10. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. We will provide notice where required. You can stop using the service at any time. Termination does not erase obligations or records that must survive for legal, security, or dispute reasons.
11. Service limitations and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of user content. We are not responsible for another user’s conduct simply because they use Joyo. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute amicably. Subject to applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes are to be brought before the competent courts in Indore, India.
13. General terms and contact
