Child Safety Policy

Last updated 5 October 2026

Joyo Live is an adults-only service. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, and take reports of harm to children seriously.

1. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Joyo. Do not falsify your age, help a child access the service, or use another person’s account to bypass this requirement.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to arrange abuse.
  • Sharing, requesting, linking to, or distributing exploitative material, including computer-generated depictions where prohibited.
  • Threats, bullying, or dangerous conduct directed at children.

3. How to report

Use the app’s available report actions or email [email protected] with the subject “Joyo Live — Child Safety”. Include the relevant user ID, approximate time, and a description or link that helps locate the issue. Do not attach or redistribute child sexual abuse material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities.

This reporting channel can be used by anyone, including someone without a Joyo account.

4. Response and enforcement

We investigate reports and may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts. Where required, we preserve relevant evidence and report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to appropriate authorities. We cooperate with lawful investigations. These standards apply to profiles, messages, media, and all other service content.

5. Contact

The child-safety contact is [email protected]. Reports should identify Joyo Live so the team can route them to the correct service.
